Project Brief
Located in the heart of London, this project involves the comprehensive refurbishment and two-storey extension of an 86,000 sq ft commercial office. The development introduces a new sixth-floor workspace and a seventh-floor pavilion, topped with a communal roof terrace featuring a bespoke mild steel pergola with timber louvres and integrated timber seating. Our extensive architectural metalwork and cladding package across the site includes corten steel planters, aluminium rain screen cladding with timber soffits, and precision-engineered laser-cut privacy screens, all finished with high-quality aluminium copings and flashings.
