We’re Hiring – Project Designer / Project Manager We’re Hiring – Project Designer / Project Manager Location: Pulloxhill (MK45 5EU) Urban Skies is a design‑led fabrication studio creating bespoke metalwork for residential and commercial projects — from architectural staircases and balustrades to feature structures and one‑off installations. We’re looking for a Project Designer/PM to join our growing team. This role blends creative design, technical problem‑solving, and hands‑on project management. You’ll work closely with clients, fabricators, architects, and contractors to bring ambitious ideas to life. Project Dukes Close Chiswick, London. The design Project Dukes Close Chiswick, London. The design brief asked for a thoughtful outside dining and entertainment space that would be an extension of our clients’ existing garden room & bar situated within a beautifully kept garden. This resulted in a self-supporting, watertight roof structure which incorporates a large skylight, lights, recessed ceiling heaters and hidden water drainage whilst aesthetically tying into the existing building’s features and finishes. The main focus piece is the beautiful Western Red Cedar timber soffit that’s been carefully machined and aligned to match the existing building’s cladding. It was an absolute pleasure working with Rachael Harvey from Harvey Design who acted as Project Manager and ensured a smooth process from design through installation and finally completion! www.urban-skies.com www.harvey-design.com
